All our products are personalized and created from drawings provided by the customer. Each piece is unique.

2. Use of Images
The customer declares that they own the rights to the drawing or image they submit. 3 Little Ducklings is not responsible for the improper use of copyrighted images.

3. Embroidery Style
The customer accepts that the final design will be an interpretation of the drawing in a children's embroidery style, not an exact or realistic reproduction.

4. Production Process
Once an order is confirmed, no changes can be made to the design, size, or model.

5. Delivery Times
The total time includes production and shipping. These times may vary slightly depending on demand.

6. Limitation of Liability
3 Little Ducklings will not be responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, incorrect data provided by the customer, or external causes.

7. Cancellations
Cancellations are not accepted once the production process has begun.
