Due to the customized nature of our products:

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Exceptions:
Only apply in case of:

Defective product
Production error
Damage during shipping

In these cases:

- You must contact us within the first 48 hours after receiving the product and send evidence (photos) to hello@3littleducklings.com

No returns apply if:

- You did not like the result

- Error in selected size

- Expectation different from the embroidery style
